Terms

Terms of Service

These Terms explain how Capital & Keys handles vehicle purchase requests, real-estate requests, loan-support requests, paperwork, delivery coordination, payment review, and customer account use.

Payment remains the final action.Customers choose an item, review the request details, confirm the applicable terms, and save the request before a payment page is opened.

1. Customer requests

A saved request allows Capital & Keys to review the selected vehicle, real-estate request, loan-support request, customer profile, selected term, delivery or document-mailing choice, and payment schedule. A saved request is not a guarantee of approval, availability, financing, shipping, closing, ownership transfer, or delivery.

2. Listings and availability

Vehicle and real-estate listings may change because of availability, pricing updates, market conditions, title review, inspection results, seller updates, state requirements, or administrative corrections. Capital & Keys may correct listing errors before final paperwork is completed.

3. Vehicle purchase terms

Vehicle customers review the selected vehicle, price, color or rim choices where available, down-payment estimate, payment term, registration choice, shipping method, and agreement acknowledgment before payment. Taxes, title, registration, plate fees, insurance, optional products, shipping, and third-party costs may be separate unless included in writing.

Vehicle delivery is coordinated using the customer’s selected shipping method and delivery details. Delivery timing may depend on payment verification, carrier availability, paperwork completion, weather, road conditions, state requirements, and access at the delivery location.

4. Title, registration, and insurance

Customers may choose whether Capital & Keys assists with title and registration paperwork where available or whether the customer completes registration independently. Even when a customer self-registers, Capital & Keys may still need accurate buyer, title, insurance, delivery, and registration-state details to prepare sale paperwork.

5. Real-estate purchase terms

Real-estate customers review the listing, purchase price, down-payment estimate, financing source, purchase type, document-delivery choice, title or vesting notes, closing preferences, and agreement acknowledgment before payment. Closing costs, title fees, escrow fees, recording fees, prepaid taxes or insurance, HOA fees, inspections, appraisals, and other third-party costs may be separate unless included in writing.

Real-estate payment instructions may be confirmed through the approved title company, escrow company, closing attorney, lender, Capital & Keys closing team, or another approved closing party. Real-estate funds are not final until payment and closing instructions are verified and the required paperwork is complete.

6. Loan support

Qualified customers may be eligible for loan support up to the program limit shown on the website. Promotional rates, approval amounts, terms, and timing depend on eligibility, customer profile, selected term, request type, lender or program availability, and final written agreement. Not all applicants will qualify.

7. Payments and verification

Payment is reviewed before paperwork completion, delivery scheduling, title or registration support, closing coordination, or loan disbursement continues. Submitting proof of payment does not mean the payment has cleared. Capital & Keys may reject a payment proof that is incomplete, expired, changed after the payment timer started, reversed, disputed, forged, unverifiable, or inconsistent with the active payment record.

8. Digital asset payment policy

Capital & Keys may limit final checkout payments to the listed digital asset options because confirmed blockchain settlement helps reduce declined card payments, ACH returns, chargeback conflicts, and post-paperwork payment disputes after a request has moved toward delivery, title support, closing coordination, or document handling. A digital asset payment is still subject to network confirmation, correct wallet address, correct network, correct amount, timer validation, fraud review, and Capital & Keys approval before the request advances.

8. Customer responsibility

Customers must provide true, current, and complete information. This includes identity details, contact information, address, registration state, delivery instructions, insurance details where applicable, proof of funds, income details, payment reference, uploaded documents, and any other information required for the selected request.

9. Fraud, chargebacks, and misuse

False information, forged documents, fake payment receipts, chargeback abuse, reversed payments, suspicious activity, or misuse of the website may result in cancellation, account restriction, removal of fraudulent requests, and reporting where appropriate.

11. Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on transaction type, payment status, third-party costs already incurred, paperwork status, shipping status, title or registration status, closing status, and final written agreement terms. Some third-party costs may be non-refundable once incurred.

11. Customer-first process

Capital & Keys is designed so customers can view the item, choose the available service path, review paperwork details, confirm the policy documents, and save the request before opening the final payment step. Customer interests, clear records, and payment verification guide each request.

12. Delivery and paperwork updates

Vehicle delivery, real-estate document delivery, title or registration steps, and closing-related coordination are handled according to the selected method, verified customer details, written updates, and request status shown in the customer dashboard or provided by Capital & Keys support.

13. Support and updates

Customers can contact Capital & Keys for request updates, account support, payment questions, delivery coordination, paperwork questions, or policy support. Capital & Keys may contact customers by email, phone, dashboard notice, or other contact method provided by the customer.
