7. Digital asset payment records
When a checkout uses a listed digital asset, Capital & Keys may keep wallet address, payment method, network-related notes, quote amount, timer details, proof upload, transaction reference, and review status. These records help verify settled payments and reduce disputes connected to card declines, ACH returns, chargebacks, incorrect payment instructions, or claims that payment was not authorized after paperwork or delivery coordination has started.
8. Service providers

10. Customer choices
Customers may contact Capital & Keys to request account updates, contact-detail changes, document support, privacy questions, or access to request status. Some records may need to be retained when connected to payment review, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or active services.
11. Sharing limits
Capital & Keys uses customer information for the customer’s selected request, related service support, payment review, compliance needs, and fraud prevention. Customer paperwork is not used to create unrelated public listings or unrelated customer profiles.
12. Security
Capital & Keys uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect customer information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should keep account access private and contact support if anything looks suspicious.
