Agreement

Customer Agreement

This Agreement applies when a customer saves a Capital & Keys request, submits payment proof, uploads documents, accepts an offer, or uses Capital & Keys for vehicle, real-estate, or loan-support services.

Customer-first handling.Capital & Keys reviews the request, confirms payment, prepares required paperwork, and coordinates delivery or closing steps according to the selected service.

1. Agreement acknowledgment

By checking the agreement box, the customer confirms that they have access to the Terms, this Agreement, and the Privacy Policy, and that the information submitted is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

2. Vehicle purchase agreement points

  • The customer has reviewed the vehicle, listed price, selected customization, payment summary, and current status.
  • The customer understands that vehicle availability is subject to approval, payment verification, and final written paperwork.
  • The customer chooses whether Capital & Keys assists with title and registration paperwork or whether the customer self-registers.
  • The customer understands that insurance, taxes, title, registration, plates, optional products, and shipping may be separate unless included in writing.
  • The customer’s selected shipping method guides delivery coordination after payment verification and paperwork completion.

3. Real-estate purchase agreement points

  • The customer has reviewed the real-estate item, purchase price, payment summary, purchase type, financing source, and document-delivery choice.
  • The customer understands that real-estate availability, approval, title review, underwriting, closing costs, taxes, insurance, and closing documents may affect final terms.
  • The customer understands that real-estate payment instructions must be verified before funds are treated as final.
  • The customer understands that real-estate ownership is completed only through the required purchase, title, escrow, attorney, lender, or closing process.
  • The customer’s selected document-delivery method is used for paperwork and closing-related notices where applicable.

4. Loan-support agreement points

Loan-support requests are reviewed based on customer-provided details, selected term, request amount, annual income, optional tax withholding, receiving method, and program availability. Any displayed offer is conditional until final approval and written terms are completed.

5. Paperwork handling

Capital & Keys may prepare, review, route, or coordinate documents related to purchase requests, identity verification, vehicle title and registration, delivery, proof of funds, loan support, real-estate purchase agreements, escrow/title coordination, closing notices, and payment verification. Customers may be asked to provide additional documents before completion.

6. Delivery and document coordination

Vehicle delivery and real-estate document delivery are coordinated according to the selected method, the customer’s address, access notes, payment verification, paperwork status, carrier or mail availability, and any state or closing requirements. Dates shown or discussed are estimates until confirmed.

7. Payment acknowledgment

The payment page is opened only after the request is saved, any required delivery or document address is confirmed, and the customer confirms the required policies. Payment proof must match the active payment record, selected payment method, payment address, expected amount, and timer window. Capital & Keys reviews every payment before advancing the request.

8. Crypto-only checkout acknowledgment

The customer understands that Capital & Keys may accept checkout payments only through the digital asset options shown on the active payment page. This policy supports payment finality, fraud prevention, and dispute reduction because confirmed blockchain transactions are generally not subject to the same card-decline, ACH-return, or chargeback process that can occur after paperwork, delivery coordination, or closing work has begun. The customer remains responsible for selecting the correct payment method, network, address, amount, and timer window.

9. Customer certification

The customer certifies that uploaded documents, payment references, identity information, address details, delivery details, income details, proof of funds, insurance details, and other submitted information are true and belong to the customer or an authorized buyer.

10. Customer status updates

Capital & Keys may update the customer dashboard, send direct messages, or contact the customer to confirm documents, delivery timing, title or registration details, real-estate closing details, payment verification, and any remaining action needed before completion.

11. Customer protection

Customers should only use the payment page connected to their saved Capital & Keys request and should contact support if payment instructions, delivery details, or paperwork requests appear inconsistent with their dashboard or written communication.

12. Cancellation and enforcement

Capital & Keys may cancel, pause, reject, restrict, or remove a request if information is false, documents are forged, payment is reversed or unverifiable, the listing becomes unavailable, the customer is unreachable, or the request cannot be completed under applicable requirements.
